At Simpe, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure a smooth and secure recharge experience, but in case of any failed transactions, the following refund policy applies:
Recharge Failure & Payment Deduction: If your recharge is not completed but the payment is deducted from your account, we will first attempt to process the recharge again on the same mobile number.
Refund Process: If we are unable to complete the recharge due to any technical issue or operator error, the deducted amount will be refunded to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or wallet) within 48 hours.
Refund Timeline: In most cases, refunds are processed instantly, but it may take up to 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank or payment provider, depending on their policies.
Transaction Confirmation: Users must ensure they enter the correct mobile number and operator details. We are not responsible for refunds in cases where incorrect information was provided.
Customer Support: If you do not receive your recharge or refund within the specified time, please contact our customer support team with your transaction details for prompt assistance.
